J.D.A. Cranes Expands Alberta Fleet with High-Capacity Liebherr Units
J.D.A. Cranes recently took delivery of a new LTM 1400-6.1 (400-tonne) crane, currently the most powerful in their fleet. These units are being deployed specifically to support wind farm development and oil & gas projects in North-West Alberta.

Alberta Government Introduces Expedited 120-Day Approvals Act
The provincial government has introduced Bill 30 (the Expedited 120-Day Approvals Act). This is designed to fast-track major energy and infrastructure projects (over $250 million capital investment) to double oil and gas production by 2035.
